Terrorists Using Twitter

Before I get into explaining the title of this post I just want to apologise for those of you who came to read a post only to find the iste down or no post. I had a problem with my hosting, apparently my a servers had changed back to my old nameservers and they go above the nameservers. It was just a bit too technical for me, but after a little tooing and froing between Hostgator and GoDaddy I got it sorted. I have since moved to a new host again due to cutting costs, so hopefully I will be ok this time Might do a separate post next week on hosting comapnies, so if you have some complaints, keep them till then. I will re-post the post tomorrow, but this was much more interesting …

Twittering terrorists … I wish I could find where I got this link from, because it is absolutely hilarious and want to give credit where it is due, but I can’t, so whoever you are … thanks.

According to cnet.com the US intelligence community has released a report voicing it’s concerns that terrorists might use twitter.com to organise attacks. Now I can see where they are coming from, cheaper and easier to use someone else’s network, but I think the terrorists have enough funding to have their own communication network.

The report says that there are already people twittering their “extremist ideologies and perspectives”, which could then be exploited by terrorists.

I for one believe that ALL people are created equal. I have my opinions, you have yours and they have theirs. We don’t have to agree on it all. There are some bad people in the world or are they just people who have misunderstoo their bible or the history books. It is a very grey area. I don’t want to get too ethical here, so I am going to stop, but love thy neighbour as thyself, regardless of his race, colour, sexuality or religion. We live in an enriched world, don’t spoil it.
