Yes OR No To Automatic Updating Content?
This seems to be a hot topic at the moment, just next to site builders, which is a whole other topic.
There are very expensive scripts and website builders on the market that will allow you to build large sites, but they are not guaranteed to be human readable. If properly optimised this does not matter to the search engines as their bots (spiders) are not real people and cannot read.
If you are a marketer that is happy to ‘take no prisoners’ (be black hat) in your aim to make money online with adsense or affiliate programs or both then this is probably the best way to go. I will keep a look at what is on the market and let you know what I can find.
If you are looking to make more of an ‘honest living’ (be white hat) then you should creating sites that offer some value to your visitors. Of course you can use adsense and promote affiliate products at the same time, but even one new article every other week (which can cost as little as $5 each) added to your site, submitted to an article directory and promoted to 2 or 3 social bookmarking sites will be good, new, fresh content for the spiders as well as your visitors and you can target LSI (Latent Semantic Index) keywords to your main keyword boosting your position in the search engines.
Of course, the best of both worlds is to do a bit of both
