Back To Reality After Easter
I had a lovely holiday with the kids in London the last 10 days with only one bug bear … I missed my computer … lol
Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t miss having some time off working, but I had to check e-mails through webmail (not easy), had no access to old e-mails or bookmarks or passwords or applications etc…
I am going to look into some sort of remote access for my next trip in July, but was wondering if any of you have done this sort of thing before. I get worried about leaving ‘a door open’ to someone who might have bad intentions.
Let me know your thoughts and I’ll let you know when I decide on something.
In the meantime a few things I am considering …
- Control & Access Your Computer Remotely with LogMeIn (shankrila.com)
- Ask OnSoftware: Remote access made easy (en.onsoftware.com)
- 01 Communique provides fast and secure remote access over the Rogers 3.5G wireless network (newswire.ca)
